On behalf of our client A & HD Wain we will shortly be submitting an outline planning application for office development on the allocated Wilmslow Business Park site.
This land was removed from the Green Belt and allocated for B1 Business Space within the Cheshire East Local Plan Strategy: 2017. Our proposals will cover 3.74 hectares of this larger 6.3 hectare site and will provide up to 17,162m2 of exemplar office space in accordance with the Local Plan requirements. Access will be taken from Pendleton Way in the position of a previously approved vehicular access. The proposals will facilitate the delivery of the remaining land to the north if required. Car parking in accordance with policy standards will be provided together with a cycle hub, amenity space and areas of landscaping.
