Vacancy:  Graduate Rural Surveyor

We are a progressive, independent firm of Land Agents and Consultants based in Cheshire, currently covering north-west England / north midlands.  Our client base is diverse and includes rural landowners to large property-owning organisations to family farming businesses.  Our core business is estate management but we also offer a range of professional services including contract farming advice, BPS and cross compliance, property agency, farm business advice, valuations and development land advice.

The role will cover all aspects of our services offered.

The ideal candidate will have completed a full time RICS-accredited rural degree course.  However, candidates that have completed a one-year Masters course may be considered provided they have a relevant foundation degree and can demonstrate background knowledge of the agricultural sector.

The right person is more important than their qualifications, but a graduate must be looking towards completing their APC and CAAV exams to be able to progress in the business.  Support will be given to achieve this. The successful candidate must be ambitious, be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for the role and liaise effectively with a wide range of people. They must also demonstrate a willingness to be part of a team and be able to act using their own initiative.

We are a small team and new members must contribute to the development of the business with a positive, professional attitude and high commercial focus.

This is a full-time role.

A full driving licence and excellent IT skills are essential
